Starry Night

I went down to the lake about 10:30 tonight to see the stars.  WOW!  What a night for the stars.  It was a perfect evening with the moon having set earlier, no clouds, and mild weather.  I was able to see the milky way for the first time in a long time.

I sat on the dock for half an hour, taking pictures and watching for meteors.  I did see 4 or 5 in that time.  No, unfortunately, I didn’t capture any in the photos.  Still, it was a great night to sit on the dock and watch the night sky.
